Product Description

1.The device adopts superposition method, which has the advantages of compact structure, fast heat transfer and high thermal efficiency. The variable frequency drive method is adopted to realize the non-polar speed regulation, so that the ironing speed can be adjusted freely in the limit range, and the energy saving effect is significant. 
2.The equipment adopts frame structure, which has the advantages of strong structure and good stability. 
The equipment adopts V-shaped belt and chain as transmission medium, which has the advantages of smooth transmission, good cushioning and low noise. 
3.Thanks to inverter,users can select suitable speed for different linen.
4.The steam with pressure is supplied through roll(rolls) so that the ironing area can be heated evenly and effectively.
5.Driven by the combination of belt and chain,big loading and good buffering have greatly increased ironing quality.
6.High speed reducing rate and low noise as a result of the reducer installed.
7.Spindle tape drive is adopted instead of canvas,which can make running smoothly.

 The material of side boxes is 18mm thick and processed by imported CNC laser cutting machines, and the weight of the whole machine reaches 17.1 tons. Good material and fine machining ensure a long service life.  

The ironing cylinder is made of high-quality boiler carbon steel, which is with thermal conductivity 2.5 times that of stainless steel. It is also with better pressure resistance, and the cylinder can withstand the steam pressure of 1.2MPa at the maximum. The wall of cylinder is 10mm thick, which ensures large heat retention and even heating.

Three sets of cylinders are all set up based on the "double-side ironing" concept, and the linen wrapping angle reaches 270 degrees. These effectively improves heat utilization and ironing performance.

1). In-depth Design
When the order is confirmed, we will communicate with the professional staff from the buyer's part and discuss the indepth drawing design. 
Besides, we will provide the whole laundry factory layout design for free. The design scheme will be including 
equipment installation drawing about foundation, water inlet, drainage, air input and output, compressed air and electricity.
 
2). Installation
When the equipment arrive to the buyer, we will send our technical staffs to provide field installation guidance 
and any other necessary help to ensure proper and standard installation.
 
3). Testing
After installation, our staff will help our customer to test the machine and check all the technical index, function, 
specification of the machine. Also we will comprehensively eliminate all the possible human-caused damage or 
troubles during installation to make sure the machine will operate in its best condition.
 
4). Operation Training 
Before the machine is put into use, we will provide operation training to ensure the operators from the buyer's 
part can work independently. The training includes proper operation, safe startup, smooth operation, proper 
washing, linen check and categorization and machine maintenance. Also we will help operators to know the right way to save water, energy and emergent stop operation.
